- Our cakes are handmade and hand finished in a small bakery. This means that they may vary slightly from cake to cake and that all the weights and sizes are approximate.
- We cannot guarantee that our cakes are free from traces of nuts due to the small scale nature of the bakery.
- We make everything by hand and so at busy times of the year, such as Christmas and Easter, it may take a little longer to fulfil your order and sometimes we may run short and so we have to say that everything on our website is offered for sale subject to availability.
- If, for any reason or unforeseeable circumstances we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as we can.
- Please check the goods when you receive them for any damage. If you have a complaint you must tell us as within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the returned goods we will fully investigate the circumstances and may elect to refund the purchase price or provide replacement goods at no cost to you.
