A taste of dreams is a handmade mail order cake bakery. A family business based on generations of home baking has cakes available by mail order to post direct to your door.
Our aim is to produce traditional and modern mouth watering homemade cakes, and deliver them fresh and direct to you.
Some of our recipes are taken from old handwritten notes carefully kept and treasured whilst others have been collected from travels abroad. This gives our range a unique slant which reflects contemporary eating trends and nostalgic favourites.
We only source top quality natural ingredients. Natural means made by nature and so keeping it natural means never using additives, preservatives, GMO's, hydrogenated fats, artificial flavourings or colourings. We source locally whenever we can and use organic flours, free range eggs and as many organic ingredients as possible. Our cakes are all vegetarian and we have gluten and wheat free options too.
Our belief in only using the best available ingredients extends to our attitude towards packaging which is to use recyclable and sustainable materials and always to be environmentally aware.
