All of our gluten free products are made in a dedicated gluten and wheat free environment. We guarantee the gluten free status ( <5ppm wheat gluten and <2.5ppm gliadin) of these products by undertaking periodic random laboratory testing by an independent food analysis laboratory to ensure peace of mind for all of our customers. We are also listed with the Coeliac Society directory of approved suppliers.
